Cybershark Limited (Company No. 77151983-000-10-24-4) is a recruitment agency that specializes in cyber security headquartered in Hong Kong servicing clients locally, regionally and globally.
We pledge to meet the internationally recognized standards of personal data privacy protection, in complying with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. In doing so, we will ensure compliance with the strictest standards of security and confidentiality.

Our goal is to create a safe and solid user experience. - When you register with us as a candidate to help you look for suitable relevant job opportunities or prospective opportunities, your personal data will be recorded. Data meaning, (not limited to) your name, contact details, your resume information, salary details and expectations. Where required in accordance with the law, we may also collect details regarding your health for example disability diversity hiring and where required any criminal convictions.
- Should you visit our website and click on links in our emails, open or forward them, or sign up for job alerts or other relevant alerts, we collect personal data from these actions.

- We collect personal data and other data about the device you access our website on for the provision of our online information. If you contact us, data about your enquiry is also collected.

- Data such as your name, contact details and job title will be collected and any communications had with you. Additionally, when you click on links, or other content sent to you – these will also be processed including candidate feedback from an interview or discussion you have had with them regarding job opportunities.
- Data will also be collected about you from public domains such as LinkedIn and other social networking platforms / events and where permitted will share your details with us.

- Access to resume uploading onto our system to apply for jobs or be marketed to upcoming jobs
- Creating an individual candidate profile
- Direct marketing (not limited to) around industry trends, job opportunities, events other relevant alerts
- Responding to enquiries of legitimate interest and to also maintain communication with the client where required
- Providing candidate experience feedback on our surveys
